Thai Bodywork

Thai massage brings you to a place of peace and harmony in body and mind.

Thai massage brings deep relaxation to your body and soul.

I’ve had many Thai sessions over the years, most of them during a visit to Thailand. My session with Alice is the only one that comes close to what I experienced in Thailand.
— Shauna, Massage Therapist
Alice has such a deep understanding of the body both physically & energetically. A session with her is a sublime experience of profound nourishment & healing
— Jamie, Yoga Instructor
The Thai bodywork has been a great alternative to traditional sports massage and I find it much more effective. I have changed the way I walk, sit and do anything active. I have worked with a lot of body workers in Boulder- Alice’s unique skill set and many years of experience put her at the top!
— Jon, Scientist, CEO

Thai massage is an integral part of the Thai medical system dating back hundreds of years. Formed at the crossroads between India and China, Thai massage is informed by these two wise and ancient healing art practices and philosophies.

Thai massage practitioners work rhythmically along “Sen” energy lines which can be likened to Chinese acupuncture meridians. Thai massage also incorporates full body yoga-like stretches earning it the nickname “the lazy man’s yoga”.

Thai massage is performed on a cushioned floor mat and recipients wear loose, comfortable clothes. The slow and rhythmic pressure along Sen lines brings about a state of deep relaxation and harmony in mind, body and spirit. Thai massage relaxes, restores and rejuvenates.

Thai massage is also an excellent adjunt to any fitness regime and will improve athletic performance where range of motion, rotation and flexibility are required along with a strong sense of grounding.

Please wear comfortable long pants and long sleeves.

Alice did her initial training at the Lotus Palm School in Montreal, Canada and subsequently trained with a variety of schools and teachers in Denver and Boulder, Colorado.
