Roll Your Way to BLISS!

Would you like to rid your body of tightness and tension and get yourself back on track again? You could come to me for a luxurious Thai massage ;) and you could learn to use your Foam Roller to ROLL YOUR WAY TO BLISS!

In this 2-hour workshop you will learn about your “fascia” and how to effectively roll and stretch just about your entire body. In so doing, you will identify your “hot spots” so that in the future you can “cut to the chase” and make effective use of your roller and your time.

You’ll also learn the tools you need to nip potential injuries in the bud. So many chronic injuries can be thwarted by rolling and stretching out tightness that would otherwise create chronic imbalances. Already have a chronic injury? Knowing what and how to roll can help!

A longer muscle is a stronger muscle so rolling will allow you to get stronger when you workout. Since you often have to support some of your body weight while you roll you’ll build strength while you do it!

BRING A 3 FOOT LONG FOAM ROLLER (if you only have a half roller you may choose to bring it instead, but know that while it will work for most of your body, it won’t work for every technique.)
